  • $150 75 minute initial session
    $120 | 50 minute session

    I do have sliding scale and student rate spots available. If this applies to you, please let me know!

  • I do not currently accept insurance, but can provide you with a monthly receipt to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network mental health reimbursement.

    If this is of interest to you, I can provide a list of questions to ask your insurance provider during our consult call.

  • Since the therapeutic process is unique to each individual, it is impossible to put a timeline on our work together. Some clients feel like they are ready to move on after a few months of weekly meetings, while others prefer to continue to have ongoing sessions. It is totally up to you and what you are hoping to get out of therapy.

  • Because so much of therapy centers around relationship, I like new clients to come to therapy once a week for at least 4 sessions. After that time we can reevaluate to come up with a frequency schedule that works for you. Some clients like to keep their weekly appointments while others prefer to schedule sessions for every other week.

  • Because I am often working with clients, I am not always able to answer phone calls during working hours. If you need to reach me, email is the best way to go. (therapyco.eh@gmail.com)

  • I totally get that life happens and sometimes you may need to rearrange your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session I ask that you give as much notice as you can. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session time you will be charged for the full session fee.

  • Currently I am able to see clients Monday-Thursday from 4pm-8:30pm. I am not able to meet in the mornings or early afternoons due to time zone differences.
