Sometimes (let’s be real here - a lot of times) life can be overwhelming. Maybe you’re experiencing changes that have left you feeling extra anxious. Maybe there’s a lingering feeling of sadness that you can’t seem to shake. Maybe you’re going through conflict with a partner or a close friend that’s left you feeling isolated. Maybe you just can’t regulate your emotions no matter how hard you try. Maybe you’ve tried everything you can think of to get rid of your anxiety, but it’s only getting worse.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck and stagnant in working towards your goals, or maybe you aren’t even sure what your goals are.

Maybe you just feel off.

The good news is = nothing is too big or too small to focus on in therapy. In sessions we will work together to uncover your story, explore what things already are (and aren’t) supporting your mental health, and learn how to respond to your feelings without letting them run the show.


Who I Work With


My clients are women who desire real change. Many are young professionals, new grads, and current students who want to increase self-compassion, connect with their purpose, and navigate life transitions.

I am passionate about supporting young adult women as they cultivate change and learn new tools to live their lives with meaning.

Together we’ll create space to slow down and explore the way you experience emotions and how they are currently impacting your life. We’ll identify things you are already doing that are serving you well, as well as patterns that may be preventing you from living the life you want to live.

Connect

Throughout this process you will learn new skills to help you connect with your emotions and manage challenging situations in healthier ways. We’ll work to identify what truly matters to you and discover how to make choices that are guided by your values.

 
 

 Practice

Between sessions you will practice your new skills in the real world. Whenever we meet, we will discuss what worked for you, what didn’t, and any hurts or hang ups that came up along the way. I will be here to support you as you try new things and discover what it means to be authentically yourself.
